As a Clinical Nutritionist (BHSc) Lexy has an evidence-based approach to natural medicine. Her
one-on-one nutrition consultations focus on client education, providing practical and achievable tips and tricks to improve health and wellbeing.
Lexy is passionate about women’s health and specialises in the dietary management of endometriosis, polycystic
ovarian syndrome, digestive symptoms and fatigue.
She is currently assisting with a research paper on diet and endometriosis to be published by the National
Institute of Complementary Medicine later this year.
Lexy is a member of the Public Health Association of Australia and will begin studying a dual Master of
Public Health and Health Management at the University of New South Wales later this year.
